Territory Control, operated by Jan Avrat (H9X), does not provide refunds for digital products once they have been accessed, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

No Refunds for Digital Products:
Under EU law, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content by consenting to immediate access upon purchase.
By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not available.

Remedies for Defective Products:
If a digital product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, inaccessible content), we will provide a corrected version.
If we cannot fix the issue, you may be eligible for a refund or price reduction, as required by law.
